There are very specific exercise and/or types of exercise programs designed for weight loss. 
You will lose weight with our personal training programs.  There is no question about that.  Most clients have doubts because maybe they have tried before without positive results or maybe they never even tried and think it's too f.
Weight loss is easy!  Really easy when you know what to do and how to do it.

Weight loss is a perplexing issue to most people because they read magazine articles, books, tabloids and see DVD's which outline what you must do in order to lose weight.
What you must know is that those people are merely trying to sell something to you and in most cases it is not weight loss, but rather the magazine or book they have written or published.
Weight loss need not be complicated or confusing.
Remember that weight gain and weight loss is a matter of calories in versus calories out.
How you take calories in is simply by consuming foods.
How you get calories out is by exercising.
The complete picture involving weight loss encompasses exercising to burn calories as well as a reduction in the amount of calories you are taking in by eating foods.
So where does all the confusion come into play?  Well, again, people are bombarded with information which stems from someone trying to sell you something in the form of a book or magazine which contains content or an article about weight loss.
Someone asked me a few years back when I was personal training in Hollywood California "I want to look like you.  How do I lose weight and get lean?"  I said "put the fork down".  After laughing, he realized that it all made sense and it was so very simple.  Less calories in means less body weight.  It's not rocket science.  Weight loss or weight control is simply moderating your caloric intake and partaking in a daily exercise program which involves burning a certain amount of calories which will sustain your desired body weight.
I find it interesting that the healthiest things people can do for themselves are most often the last thing they do.
Exercise for one, seems to be some sort of dull, mundane task which people have to drag themselves into doing.  Exercise is one of the most important things to do every day when in reality it's fun, really fun when you enjoy doing activities which bring so much vibrance to your life and help you obtain an optimal level of overall health and fitness.
Eating on the other hand seems to be most often enjoyed when people are consuming those foods which are the least healthiest for them.
It always surprises me when I get a new client who knows nothing about cooking or the culinary arts.  If more people were to delve into the world of cooking what they eat instead of merely buying or having it delivered they would really have a better understanding of the nutritional value of what they are eating.
Cooking your own food allows you to actually see and know what is in your foods you are eating.  When you buy something or have something delivered, who knows what's in that food?!
I encourage all people when going to the grocery store to stay away from the inside aisles or the interior of the store.  This is where most often you will find the package, processed foods which contain additives, sweeteners and the things you definitely do not need.
Stay to the exterior or the perimeter of the store.  This is where you will find the fresh produce, lean meats, vegetables and the foods which are not packaged and which do not contain additives.
These are just a few of the types of necessary information which you will get during your personal training sessions with Slim Fit.
We do not charge extra for nutritional counseling and we do not set aside sessions dedicated to nutrition. 
We encourage you to ask as many questions as you can think of.  We can discuss those concerns you may have during the water breaks so that we don't have to waste time or take breaks during your personal training sessions just to educate you on what you should be eating.
